Bethany Project 2016
Date: 26th Jun 2018 @ 2:16pm
We have once again had a visit from the children's choir of the Bethany Project from Africa. The children of the Bethany family were once either, orphaned, abandoned or abused and many have suffereed traumatic experiences. The Bethany Project aim is to help these children providing education where possible. October celebrates 25 years since the first 12 men visited Tanzania and started the building work for the project. The Bethany choir first visited us in school 4 years ago and through your generous donations we managed to help contribute much needed funds to help towards the cost of building new classrooms and accommodation blocks. The school council have organised a 'Break the Rules' day to help fundraise for the Bethany Project again this year. 2017 Bethany calendars are currently on sale at the school office for £2 each.
